One More for the Robots

First Jeopardy, now this:

Deadlock since they are reactive so will sit there waiting for the other to make the first move.

Ah. That's a relief. Maybe could be useful in other circumstances: if you are up against an all-seeing all-knowing robot, produce one of your own and get a stalemate. Then run.

Two all knowing all seeing robots ? I refer you to Colossus:The Forbin Project. They will eliminate you.
If the game the robot was playing was more than a one move game then it could experiment with possible opening plays but scissor,paper,stone by its nature could only be played in a random fashion.
